We provide assistance hardware and software design of PIC based controllers.  We also provide assistance to create Printed Circuit Board artwork for both commercial and hobbyists designs.  Support for Single board and multiple board orders.  Controls and Projects designed by Ecentric Electronics may be purchased as circuit  board only or with all components.  The kits do not include cases or hardware.

The top left and bottom right are pictures of the OWI 007 robot arm used in the class.  The top middle picture is the axis driver board designed by Ecentric Electronics.  The top right picture shows the driver board and control board with the data cable.  The bottom left picture is of the control board.  The design by Ecentric Electronics uses the RS-232 standard 2400 baud no parity with one stop bit serial protocol.  The bottom center picture is of a parallel port interface for the OWI 007.  Both the Serial interface and the Parallel interface require the removal of the original five lever control box shipped with the robot arm.


There are classes being held each Saturday from 1:00PM to 4:00PM at the City Council Chamber.  This is located at 312 Main Street in Rochester, Indiana.  The fee per class is $20.00 per student.  The students have been asked to make a short video of their robots in action.  These videos will be posted to this website.
